Chatfield EZY-Planter 2000 & Direct Seeder (Tree Planter)

A tree planter that is fitted with a small seed box can be used to sow native seeds while planting seedlings simultaneously. Such equipment can be used to scalp topsoil (to remove weeds), make a shallow rip and scatter seed on freshly disturbed soil. It is advisable to drag a steel chain or branch behind the machine to ensure shallow coverage of the soil.

Hire Fee:
$110 p/day (Members)
$220 p/day (Non-members)

Gillamii’s equipment is for the use of local landholders and not available for corporate hire.

Please be aware that our Hire Agreement has changed, landholders will now be charged for total days of hire (formally days of use).
