The project will assist landholders to protect, improve and preserve priority remnant vegetation to achieve greater ecological connectivity in the area. The project aims to form part of the larger Gondwana Link program which is working to achieve long-term sustainability of natural resource systems in which ecosystem function and biodiversity are restored and maintained. The project will identify priority properties, offer indentified landholders fencing and revegetation incentives and conduct site visits to ensure the works are of an appropriate standard. This project will result in six km of fencing to protect 8 ha of biodiversity restoration work on priority properties.
