Alliance with ReganWA
The collaboration was sought to ensureprojects complement the work undertaken cross regionally and provide a greatereffective use of local resources including reducing the duplication of administrationcosts. RegenWA is committed to exchanging knowledge on regeneration and restorationlandscape function in farming by providing support and resources to groups whoare interested in adopting regenerative farming practices via an alreadyexisting network of knowledgeable parties.
Successful applicants of the 2018 stateNRM community stewards group held a special meeting in January to form atechnical working group to discuss project status. The aim is to improve knowledgeand sharing to inspire each other’s ideas and work. The group consists of theGillamii Centre, Peel- Harvey Catchment Council(PHCC), Serpentine-Jarrahdale Food and Farm Alliance (SJFFA), West MidlandsGroup, DPIRD, (WMG), South West Catchments Council, RegenWA, Perth NRM, andWheatbelt NRM.
